Inspired by the original Inklings, Marc Pierce set out to gather a band of men committed to sharpening one another's character, strengthening their faith, and thinking deeply about what matters most. He called Jon and Josh — and the movement began.

Each founding member invited a handful of trusted friends, and the first Inklings gathering was formed. When the group met for the first time, Marc introduced what would become known as the "Compass Question." That inaugural meeting forged a lasting bond among the men and laid the foundation for a deep and enduring friendship.
The group met monthly, exploring a wide range of topics that challenged their thinking and deepened their faith. With each gathering, the conversations grew richer and the bonds of friendship stronger. In time, Marc posed a simple but powerful question: "Shouldn't we grow Inklings so that other men can experience this as well?" From that moment, the next chapter of Inklings began.

Originally from Illinois, Marc moved west to attend Montana State University and co-founded Big Sky Carvers before launching Warm Springs Productions.

Marc is also a Partner in the Montana brewery, Highlander Beer, is active on the board of the Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation, and is involved with his local church. He lives on a farm in Manhattan, Montana with his wife Sherrie, where they raised four kids and many Labrador Retrievers.
